Netflix makes Thanksgiving less of a hassle with a new trivia game India News, The Indian Express

If you’re still subscribed to Netflix, the streamer’s new trivia game will hit your screen on November 15. Netflix’s trivia is a simple concept, but it offers just enough fun to keep you busy whether you’re alone or with that long-lost cousin on Thanksgiving.

The trivia challenge starts with a pair of glowing eyes, which represent the host of the game. After you choose to play alone or with a partner, questions about various topics will flash on the screen and you have one minute to answer as many as you can. You choose your answers by selecting up, down, left or right on your controller/remote D-pad. Once your turn is over, your opponent gets a shot at the same questions. So who goes first is critical when playing on a TV. And in triviathere are no tires.

If you play solo, each trivia game has three one minute rounds. When you play with an opponent, you get two one-minute rounds. And the installation is very quick, almost instant if you skip the intro.

trivia is just the latest in Netflix’s quest for trivia and gaming. The service was launched last April Trivia Quest. But that game was 30 minutes long and felt more kid-oriented than this new release. Unfortunately, trivia will not be available to everyone. Some devices, such as the Apple TV, do not support the game.
